Our acQA team has a broad range of skills to help you to maximise your ‘Return on Investment (ROI)’ with the TIPQA™ Quality Management System. We work with you from the initial engineering review to the successful implementation of your system.
The Engineering Review - An essential start to the delivery of a TIPQA™ software system.
Our business consultants are experienced in aerospace and manufacturing environments, and seek to understand your business goals and detailed requirements. We will establish and note any differences between the capabilities of the TIPQA™ software and your requirements. If functional gaps are found, an alternative solution is sought. Modifications to TIPQA™ software are evaluated and priced; however the principle of COTS (commercial off the shelf) is not compromised.
Technical Installation And Training
TIPQA™ is installed with the assistance of your Network Administrator and Data Base Manager. Whilst the product is essentially ‘self installing’, technical training is given to IT support staff.
Application Training
We will carry out on-site train the trainer
to groups of ‘super users’. The software is intuitive and therefore module training is swift with an essential ‘hands on’ approach being taken.
Project Management
If required, we will work with you to identify and schedule tasks and resources to ensure a smooth implementation of TIPQA™ whilst ensuring day to day activities are unaffected.
Implementation Services
Data migration and conversion assistance is offered. Interfaces to ERP systems, if required, are planned and mapped onto TIPQA™ software.
Support
We, at acQA, will act as front line support for all issues and concerns about the TIPQA™ software. Software errors will be passed to TIP Technologies for a speedy resolution and we will constantly monitor the progress of all such issues.
